Exodus, Chapter 6, Verse 30:
"And Moses said before the Lord, 'Behold, I am of uncircumcised lips, and how shall Pharaoh hearken unto me?'"
Onkelos: "And Moses said before the Lord, 'Behold, I am heavy of speech, and how then shall Pharaoh accept my words?'"
Rashi: "And Moses said before the Lord." This is the statement he said earlier (in verse 12), "Behold, the children of Israel have not hearkened unto me," and the Scripture repeats it here because the subject was interrupted, and this is the way of repeating, like a person who says, 'Let's go back to the beginning.'
The phrase "uncircumcised lips" is not just a technical issue that makes it painful for him to speak due to the burn from his childhood. It also signifies that he does not have a common language, so to speak, with the people of this world. This point has been a source of pain for him since his childhood in Pharaoh's house. Despite his desire to be together, he found himself his entire life in a struggle for the "home" that seemingly gave him everything. Only in the war of Midian did he reconcile with the fact that the people of Israel are his home since always, and there he completed his correction in understanding that without the people of Israel, no one has a true home to return to at the end of the day.
